The SY100E158JZ is a model of signal switches, encoders & decoders, and multiplexers, designed for use in new, high-performance ECL systems. It offers five 2:1 multiplexers with differential outputs.
Specifications and features
- Max. D to output: 550ps
- Extended 100E VEE range of –4.2V to –5.5V
- Max. SEL to output: 775ps
- Differential outputs
- Fully compatible with industry standard 10KH, 100K ECL levels
- Internal 75KΩ input pulldown resistors
- Fully compatible with Motorola MC10E/100E158
- Available in 28-pin PLCC package
