Description
The OPA547T is a CMOS operational amplifier designed for battery-powered applications. It operates on a 2.1V (minimum) single supply and features a rail-to-rail output that can drive a 100kΩ load with an accuracy of ±3mV. The OPA547T has a low quiescent current of 20μA per amplifier, a low offset voltage of up to 125μV (maximum), a low input bias current of 1pA, and a high open-loop gain of 115dB. It also has completely independent circuitry to minimize crosstalk and interaction. The common-mode range of the OPA547T extends to the negative supply, making it ideal for single-supply applications. In addition to battery-powered applications, the OPA547T is suitable for portable devices, high-impedance applications, photodiodes, pre-amps, precision integrators, medical instruments, and test equipment.
