Description
The 4AC17 is a high-speed CMOS HEX D-TYPE FLIP FLOP WITH CLEAR electronic component, ideal for low power applications while maintaining high-speed operation. It is fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. The AC174 is compatible with the 74 series 174 and has improved latch-up immunity. It is equipped with protection circuits against static discharge, providing 2KV ESD immunity and transient excess voltage.

- Low power dissipation with a maximum supply current of 8 µA (TA = 25 oC)
- High noise immunity with minimum VNIH and VNIL values of 28% VCC

- Symmetrical output impedance with minimum IOH and IOL values of 24 mA
- Balanced propagation delays: tPLH ≅ tPHL
- Operating voltage range of 2V to 6V
