Description
The JMK316BJ106KD-T is a ceramic disc capacitor and an electronic component model. It is designed to meet the voltage and transient requirements of high-performance products. With its integrated MOSFET switches, small-signal control circuits, compensation, and advanced 11x10x3mm QFN module, it offers high efficiency and excellent line and load regulation over temperature. The JMK316BJ106KD-T operates over a wide input voltage range and features frequency synchronization to an external clock, power OK output voltage monitor, programmable soft-start, thermal and over current protection. It is a nonisolated DC-DC converter that delivers high-quality and compact performance. With its RoHS compliance and lead-free manufacturing, it is safe and environmentally friendly.
