    The RN5VT24CA-TR is a voltage detector IC from the R×5VT Series. It is designed with high detector threshold accuracy and ultra-low supply current, making it suitable for low voltage operation and system reset applications. This IC includes a voltage reference unit, a comparator, resistors for voltage detection, an output driver, and a hysteresis circuit. It offers fixed detector thresholds with high accuracy. The RN5VT24CA-TR can be driven by a single battery and comes in two output types: Nch open drain and CMOS. It is available in three package options: TO-92, SOT-89 (Mini-power Mold), and SOT-23-5 (Mini-mold).

    • Broad Operating Voltage Range: 0.7V to 10.0V (Topt =25˚C)

    • High Accuracy Detector Threshold: ±2.5%
    • Low Temperature-Drift Coefficient of Detector Threshold: TYP. ±100ppm/˚C
    • Two Output Types: Nch Open Drain and CMOS
