The RC1117S33 is a low dropout three-terminal linear voltage regulator designed for low voltage applications where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. It has an output current capability of 1A. This regulator is part of the RC1117 family which includes other variants such as RC1117-2.5, RC1117-2.85, and RC1117-5. The RC1117-2.85 is specifically designed to be used in Active Terminators for SCSI bus.
