The SSTUA32S865ET is a specialized Logic IC designed for low-voltage operations.This IC is a 14-bit,1:2 registered buffer with parity, and is compatible with SSTL_18 JEDEC standard.All the controls are LVCMOS compatible and the outputs are optimized to drive the DDR2 DIMM load with 50% more dynamic driver strength than standard SSTU32864 outputs.
