KEMET’s C0805H103K5GACTU is a high temperature surface mount C0G Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) designed to withstand the demands of harsh industrial environments. It is constructed with a robust and proprietary C0G/NP0 base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system, offering industry-leading performance at temperatures up to 200°C. This capacitor is suitable for applications such as down-hole oil exploration, automotive/avionics engine compartment circuitry, and other extreme environment scenarios.
