Description
The MIC2779H-2BM5 is a voltage monitor designed specifically for portable digital systems, such as PDAs, pagers, and cellular telephones. It is a supervisor component in the category of electronic components. This voltage monitor is capable of detecting two separate voltage thresholds and includes a delay generator and logic to prevent battery-voltage-fluctuation chatter. It is optimized for battery-powered devices and offers independent adjustment of high- and low-voltage thresholds. Additionally, it has a high ±2% voltage threshold accuracy and a built-in delay of 140ms (minimum) to deglitch the output. With an extremely low typical supply current of 1µA, it is suitable for applications requiring open-drain output. The MIC2779H-2BM5 is housed in a 5-lead SOT-23 package, making it suitable for various electronic devices.
