Description
The NJM2770R is a high-power and low-voltage audio power amplifier designed for audio amplification applications, specifically for PCS, codeless telephone, speaker amplifiers for hands-free systems, and cellular phones. It features differential output type with no need for external coupling capacitors and two external resistors that adjust the closed-loop gain. The standby current is only 0.1µA, and the device operates at a voltage range of +2-+4.5V with an operating current of 2.0mA typ. at V+=3V. It provides a high power output of 250mW typ. at V+=3V, RL=8Ω and 400mW typ. V+=4.5V, RL=16Ω, and a gain range at a voice band of Gv=0-43dB. The NJM2770R also features thermal shutdown function, and its package outline is VSP8, TVSP8 with bipolar technology.
