Description

The MAX6336US18D3-T is a microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuit that monitors the power supplies in 1.8V to 3.3V µP and digital systems. It is designed to increase circuit reliability and reduce cost by eliminating the need for external components and adjustments. With a debounced manual-reset input, this device asserts a reset signal whenever the VCC supply voltage declines below a preset threshold or manual reset is asserted. The MAX6336US18D3-T has an active-low RESET output and is guaranteed to be in the correct state for VCC down to 0.7V. It is available in a 4-pin SOT143 package.
