Description
The ZL30121GGGV2 is a highly integrated electronic component that serves as a central timing card in carrier grade network equipment. It provides various functionalities such as input reference monitoring, automatic reference selection, support for external and line timing modes, hitless reference switching, wander and jitter filtering, and phase alignment between redundant timing cards. It also offers an independent derived output timing path for SETS functionality.

- Meets the requirements of Telcordia GR-1244 Stratum 3, GR-253, ITU-T G.813, and G.781 SETS

- Synchronizes to telecom reference clocks or Ethernet reference clocks
- Supports composite clock inputs
- Generates standard SONET/SDH clock rates or Ethernet clock rates
- Programmable output synthesizers for generating telecom clock frequencies
- Provides two configurable DPLLs
- Internal state machine for controlling the mode of operation
- Flexible input reference monitoring and automatic reference switching
- Supports master/slave configuration and dynamic input to output delay compensation
