Description
The MC74LCX573DWR2 is a low-voltage CMOS octal transparent latch with a flow-through pinout. It operates from a 2.3 to 3.6 V supply and features 5 V-tolerant inputs and outputs. With high impedance TTL compatible inputs and improved switching noise performance, this latch offers high performance and reliability. It is designed for 2.3 to 3.6 V VCC operation and is 5.0 V TTL logic interface capable. It supports live insertion and withdrawal and has a balanced output sink and source capability of 24 mA. The MC74LCX573DWR2 has near zero static supply current in all three logic states, effectively reducing system power requirements. It has a latchup performance that exceeds 500 mA and provides ESD protection with human body and machine model performance rated at over 2000 V and 200 V respectively. This model is available in Pb-Free packages.
