Description
The ISL23428TFRUZ-T7A is a digital potentiometer in the electronic component model category. It is a high-frequency half-bridge driver with a peak output pull-up/pull-down current of 3A/4A. This driver IC is based on the popular HIP2100, HIP2101 half-bridge drivers, but offers several performance improvements. It has a wide supply voltage range of 8V to 14V and is designed for applications in telecom DC/DC converters, two-switch forward converters, active-clamp forward converters, and class-D audio amplifiers.
