Description
The NJU7021M is a single, dual, and quad C-MOS operational amplifier that operates on a low voltage single-power-supply. It has a minimum operating voltage of 3V and a low operating current of 150µA per circuit. The NJU7021M is suitable for battery-operated devices as it consumes very little power. With a wide output swing range and low bias current, it allows for amplification of small signals around the ground level. It also features internal compensation capacitor and external offset null adjustment (only available in NJU7021 model).
