Description
The AT89C51ED2-SLSUM is a high-performance CMOS Flash version of the 80C51 CMOS single-chip 8-bit microcontroller. It features a 64-Kbyte Flash memory block that can be programmed in parallel or serial mode using ISP capability or software. The programming voltage is internally generated from the standard VCC pin. In addition, it retains all the features of the Atmel 80C52 with 256 bytes of internal RAM, a 9-source 4-level interrupt controller, and three timer/counters. The AT89C51ED2-SLSUM also has 2048 bytes of EEPROM for nonvolatile data storage.

- Improved X2 Mode with Independent Selection for CPUand Each Peripheral
- Keyboard Interrupt Interface on Port 1 and SPI Interface (Master/Slave Mode)
- 8-bit Clock Prescaler and 16-bit Programmable Counter Array with High-Speed Output, Compare/Capture, Pulse Width Modulator, and Watchdog Timer Capabilities
- Asynchronous Port Reset and Full-duplex Enhanced UART with Dedicated Internal Baud Rate Generator
- Low EMI (Inhibit ALE), Hardware Watchdog Timer (One-time Enabled with Reset-Out), Power-off Flag and Power Control Modes: Idle Mode, Power-down Mode
- Single Range Power Supply: 2.7V to 5.5V and Industrial Temperature Range (-40 to +85°C)
