Description
The ADG1436YRUZ is a monolithic CMOS device containing two independently selectable SPDT switches. The device has two channels and each switch exhibits break-before-make switching action for use in multiplexer applications. It conducts equally well in both directions when on and has an input signal range that extends to the supplies. When disabled, all channels are switched off. Both switches provide a maximum of 2 Ω resistance over temperature, and signal levels up to the supplies are blocked in the off condition. It has a 33 V supply range and is fully specified at +12 V, ±15 V, ±5 V, with no VL supply required.
