Description
The IXFH12N100F is a field effect tube (MOSFET) electronic component model that operates in N-channel enhancement mode. It is rated as an avalanche MOSFET with low Qg, low intrinsic Rg, high dV/dt, and low trr. This MOSFET has a VDSS of 1000V, ID25 of 12A, and RDS(on) less than or equal to 1.05Ω. It has a trr of less than or equal to 250ns, making it a suitable choice for fast intrinsic rectifiers. The IXFH12N100F is designed with a double metal process for low gate resistance and a rugged polysilicon gate cell structure. It is also unclamped inductive switching (UIS) rated, with easy-to-drive and protect low package inductance.
