Description
The SY10E116JI is a quint differential line receiver designed for use in new, high-performance ECL systems. It has emitter-follower outputs and an internally generated reference supply (VBB) for single ended reception. With active current sources combined with Micrel's ASSET™ technology, the receiver provides excellent common mode noise rejection.
