Description
The LD39080PT18-R is a linear voltage regulator belonging to the category of fast ultra-low-drop regulators. It works with an input supply ranging from 2.5V to 6V and has a wide range of output options. It is developed with BiCMOS technology that allows low quiescent current operation independently of output load current.

The LD39080PT18-R voltage regulator guarantees an output current of up to 0.8A. It has an ultra-low dropout voltage which is typically 150mV when the load is at 0.8A and 20mV at 150mA. The model's quiescent current is low, typically 1mA at 0.8A load, and at 1µA at 25°C in off mode. It has logic-controlled electronic shutdown, current, and thermal internal limit. The output voltage tolerance is ±1.5% at 25°C, and it has fixed and ADJ output voltages: 1.22V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and ADJ. It has a temperature range of -40 to 125°C with fast dynamic response to line and load changes. This model is stable with ceramic capacitor and is available in PPAK, DPAK, and DFN8 (4x4mm).
