Electronic Component Model:MCF53017CMJ240J is a microcontroller belonging to the Version 3 ColdFire® core with EMAC. It has a high processing capability with up to 211 Dhrystone 2.1 MIPS @ 240 MHz clock speed. It comes with 16 KBytes unified instruction/data cache and 128 KBytes internal SRAM with standby power supply support. The crossbar switch technology (XBS) allows for concurrent access to peripherals or RAM from multiple bus masters. It also features an enhanced Secure Digital Host Controller (eSDHC) that supports various memory card formats, two ISO7816 smart card interfaces, and an IC identification module. For audio capabilities, it includes a voice-band audio codec with integrated speaker, microphone, headphone, and handset amplifiers. It has a USB 2.0 On-the-Go controller, USB host controller, 2 10/100 Ethernet MACs, and a coprocessor for acceleration of cryptographic algorithms. Other features include a random number generator, DMA controllers, various timers, a real-time clock module, a serial peripheral interface, UARTs, and an I2C bus interface.
