    Description

    The CDC421312RGERG4 is a versatile electronic component that operates in two different modes: SRAM mode and nonvolatile mode. In SRAM mode, it functions like a regular static RAM, while in nonvolatile mode, data can be transferred between SRAM and EEPROM. The CDC421312RGERG4 is designed with a fast static RAM (25, 35, 45 ns) and an integrated electrically erasable PROM (EEPROM) element in each static memory cell. This component offers unlimited read and write capabilities for the SRAM, while retaining independent nonvolatile data in the EEPROM. During power-down, data is automatically transferred from SRAM to EEPROM using a 100 µF capacitor.

    • Software RECALL initiation with a cycle time of less than 20 µs
    • Unlimited RECALL cycles from EEPROM

    • Operating temperature ranges: 0 to 70 °C, -40 to 85 °C, -40/-55 to 125 °C (only 35 ns)
    • QS 9000 Quality Standard
    • ESD protection greater than 2000 V (MIL STD 883C M3015.7-HBM)
    • Packages available: SOP32 (300 mil), PDIP32 (600 mil, only C/K-Type)
