Description
The AGN2004H is a signal relay that falls under the category of electronic components. It is a compact slim body relay that offers high sensitivity with outstanding surge resistance. - Compact slim body: The relay has a small surface area of 5.7 mm × 10.6 mm and a low height of 9.0 mm which makes it possible to increase packaging density for smaller designs.
- High sensitivity: The relay is available in high sensitivity single side stable type with nominal operating power of 100mW.
- Outstanding surge resistance: It has a surge breakdown voltage of 2,500 V 2×10 µs (Telcordia) between contacts and coil and 1,500 V 10×160 µs (FCC part 68) between open contacts.
- Twin crossbar contacts: The use of twin crossbar contacts ensures high contact reliability, with AgPd contact used because of its good sulfide resistance.
- Increased packaging density: Highly efficient magnetic circuit design reduces leakage flux and minimizes changes in electrical characteristics from components being mounted close together, resulting in a packaging density higher than ever before.
- Operating power: The relay has a nominal operating power of 140 mW.
- Vibration and Shock resistance: The AGN2004H has outstanding vibration and shock resistance with functional shock resistance of 750 m/s2 and destructive shock resistance of 1,000 m/s2. Destructive vibration resistance ranges from 10 to 55 Hz (at double amplitude of 5 mm .197 inch).
- Sealed construction: The relay has a sealed construction that allows automatic washing.
