Description
The H322245A is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage, Si-gate CMOS device, superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families. It has 5V tolerant inputs/outputs for interfacing with 5V logic. The device can be driven from either 3.3V or 5V devices and can handle 5V in 3-state operation. This makes it suitable for use in a mixed 3.3V and 5V environment.

- Integrated 30 Ω termination resistors
- Typical output ground bounce voltage VOLP <0.8V at VCC = 3.3V; Tamb = 25 °C
- Typical output VOH undershoot voltage VOHV >2V at VCC = 3.3V; Tamb = 25 °C
- Power-off disabled outputs, permitting live insertion
