    The MIC5305-2.8BML is a high-performance linear voltage regulator in the electronic component category. It is designed to offer extremely high PSRR (Power Supply Rejection Ratio) and very low noise while consuming low ground current. With an ultra-low dropout voltage of 60mV at 150mA and an input voltage range of 2.25 to 5.5V, it provides stable performance with a ceramic output capacitor. The regulator has a guaranteed output current of 150mA, low output noise of 20µVrms, and low quiescent current of 90µA. It also features high PSRR of up to 85dB at 1kHz, a quick turn-on time of less than 30µs with CBYP = 0.01µF, and high output accuracy with ±1.0% initial accuracy and ±2.0% over temperature. The MIC5305-2.8BML is available in a compact 2mm × 2mm MLF™-6 package and a thin SOT-23-5 package.
