Description
The LMH6321MR/NOPB is a wideband DC coupled voltage controlled gain stage followed by a high-speed current feedback operational amplifier. It is designed to directly drive a low impedance load and has a gain adjustment range of 80 dB for frequencies up to 10 MHz. The gain is controlled by varying the gain control input voltage, VG. The maximum gain is set by external components, and it can be reduced all the way to cutoff. The LMH6321MR/NOPB has a power consumption of 110 mW, a speed of 150 MHz, and a gain control bandwidth of 100 MHz. It has a low output referred DC offset voltage of less than 55 mV over the entire gain control voltage range. The device-to-device gain matching is within ±0.5 dB at maximum gain. With a high-frequency large signal capability (Slew Rate = 1500 V/μs) and the ability to drive a heavy load current (60 mA), this operational amplifier is versatile and can be easily configured as an inverting amplifier.
