Z86E0812PSC is a microcontroller from Zilog's Z8® MCU family. It is a one-time programmable (OTP) component that offers easy software development, debugging, prototyping, and small production runs. This microcontroller is designed to cater to applications that require powerful I/O capabilities. It features three configurable ports for dedicated input and output lines, which can be controlled through software to provide timing, status signals, or parallel I/O. The Z86E0812PSC also includes two on-chip counter/timers with various user-selectable modes, effectively offloading real-time tasks such as counting, timing, and I/O data communications.
