Description
The RT9193-28GB is a linear voltage regulator designed for portable RF and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It is optimized for battery-powered systems to deliver ultra-low noise and low quiescent current. The regulator ground current increases only slightly in dropout, prolonging the battery life. With its compatibility with low-ESR ceramic capacitors, it reduces the board space necessary for power applications, making it ideal for hand-held wireless devices. The RT9193-28GB also features a noise bypass pin for further reduction of output noise, consumes less than 0.01μA in shutdown mode, and has a fast turn-on time of less than 50μs.
