Description
The MIC2951-02YMTR is a "bulletproof" micropower linear voltage regulator with a very low dropout voltage. It is pin-compatible with the LP2950/LP2951 and offers lower dropout, lower quiescent current, reverse battery, and automotive load dump protection. The regulator has a high accuracy output of 3.3, 4.85, or 5V, with a guaranteed 150mA output. It has an extremely low quiescent current and tight load and line regulation. The MIC2951-02YMTR is suitable for various applications such as automotive electronics, voltage reference, avionics, cellular telephones, battery-powered equipment, SMPS post-regulator, and high-efficiency linear power supplies.
