Description
DS16F95AJA is a digital thermometer/thermostat in the interface-specialized product category that can measure temperatures in the range of -55°C to +125°C with a user-selectable resolution of 9 to 12 bits. DS1626 has an accuracy of ±0.5°C from 0°C to +70°C, while DS1726 has an accuracy of ±1°C from -10°C to +85°C without any external components. It also has a wide power-supply range of 2.7V to 5.5V and stand-alone thermostat capability. The communication with the device is carried out through a 3-wire serial bus.
