Description
The AD8351ARMZ-REEL7 is an RF amplifier that provides a nominal 150 Ω differential output impedance and can operate in RF and IF applications up to 2.2 GHz. The amplifier can be set from unity to 26 dB voltage gain using a single external gain resistor. With low noise and excellent distortion performance, this device is suitable for a wide range of applications.
