The GCM2165C2A101JA16D is a ceramic disc capacitor that belongs to the GCM series. It is a lead-free product that meets AEC-Q200 requirements. With a higher resistance of solder-leaching due to the Ni-barriered termination, it is applicable for reflow-soldering and flow-soldering. The operating temperature range of the R7/C7/5C series is -55 to 125 degrees Celsius. It comes in a wide selection of sizes, from miniature LxWxT: 0.6x0.3x0.3mm to LxWxT: 3.2x2.5x2.5mm. The GCM series is available in paper or embossed tape and reel packaging for automatic placement.
