Description
The LTC4274CUHF is a 2-channel Hot SwapTM controller designed to safely insert and remove a board from a live backplane. It utilizes two independent high side gate drivers to control external N-channel pass transistors, allowing for ramping up the output voltages with current foldback to limit the inrush current during the start-up period. This eliminates the need for external compensation capacitors at the GATE pins. The two channels can be configured to ramp up and down separately or simultaneously, accommodating supply voltages ranging from 2.7V to 13.5V for channel 1 and 1V to 13.5V for channel 2.Specifications and features
