The 74LVC1G57GM is a high-performance, low-power, low-voltage Si-gate CMOS device. It is superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families. The device has a wide supply voltage range from 1.65 V to 5.5 V and is 5 V tolerant for interfacing with 5 V logic. It also has high noise immunity and complies with JEDEC standards. The device has ±24 mA output drive with VCC= 3.0 V and offers ESD protection, exceeding 2000 V for HBM EIA/JESD22-A114-B and exceeding 200 V for MM EIA/JESD22-A115-A. It has low power consumption and latch-up performance that exceeds 250 mA. The device allows for a direct interface with TTL levels and accepts voltages up to 5 V. It is available in multiple package options and can operate in a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and -40°C to +125°C.
