Description
Electronic Component Model: SMP8634-LF(REV B) is a very low profile IC chip, with a typical height of 1.0 mm. It is ideal for automated placement and is available in uni-directional. With a 400 W peak pulse power capability and a 10/1000 µs waveform, it provides excellent clamping capability and has a very fast response time. It also has low incremental surge resistance and meets MSL level 1 standards. It is compliant to RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition.
