    Atmel ATA6612C/ATA6613C is a system-in-package (SiP) product, specifically designed for complete LIN-bus slave-node applications. It combines two ICs in one package, providing integrated solutions for in-vehicle LIN networks. The package includes the LIN-system-basis-chip (LIN-SBC) Atmel ATA6624, which features an integrated LIN transceiver, a 5V regulator, and a window watchdog. Additionally, it includes an automotive microcontroller from the Atmel AVR 8-bit microcontroller series with advanced RISC architecture. The Atmel ATA6612C features the LIN-SBC Atmel ATA6624 and the Atmel ATmega88 with 8Kbytes flash. On the other hand, the Atmel ATA6613C combines the LIN-SBC Atmel ATA6624 and the Atmel ATmega168 with 16Kbytes flash. The SiP provides the same level of flexibility for applications as using discrete parts. For detailed pin configuration, please refer to section 2.
