Description :
The Avago MGA-87563-TR1G is a high-performance, low-noise amplifier (LNA) designed for use in a wide range of RF applications. This amplifier is based on Avago's advanced gallium arsenide (GaAs) monolithic microwave integrated circuit (MMIC) technology and is housed in a small, surface-mount SOT-363 package.
