Description
The TC4424EPA is a gate drive IC that belongs to the TC4423/4424/4425 series, which are the improved versions of the earlier TC426/427/428 series. It is designed to give reliable service in even more demanding electrical environments than their antecedents. This model is capable of giving a high peak output current up to 3A and has a wide operating range of 4.5V to 18V. With its low supply current, high capacitive load, and low output impedance, it is suitable for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs.
