Description
The 74LVC139D is a low-voltage, low-power, high-performance Si-gate CMOS device, superior to most advanced CMOS compatible TTL families. It has a wide supply voltage range of 1.2 to 3.6 V and accepts inputs up to 5.5 V. The 74LVC139D features demultiplexing capability, two independent 2-to-4 decoders, and active LOW mutually exclusive outputs.
