FNA25060 是一款 Motion SPM 2 模块，为交流直感、BLDC 和 PMSM 电机提供全功能、高性能的逆变器输出级。此类模块集成了内置 IGBT 的优化门极驱动，可最大程度减少 EMI 和损耗，同时还提供多个模块上保护功能：欠电压锁闭、过电流关断、温度感应和故障报告。内置的高速 HVIC 仅需一个电源电压，会将传入的逻辑电平门极输入转换为正确驱动模块内部 IGBT 所需的高电压、高电流驱动信号。对于每个相位提供单独的负 IGBT 端子，可支持最广泛的控制算法。
