Description
The CY7C63xxx is an 8-bit RISC One Time Programmable (OTP) microcontroller designed for low-speed USB peripherals. It includes a built-in 1.5-Mbps USB serial interface engine and 128 bytes of onboard RAM. Additionally, it features up to 16 Schmitt trigger I/O pins and Improved output drivers to reduce EMI. The microcontroller can be clocked with either a 6 MHz ceramic resonator or a 6 MHz crystal, and supports 1 device address and 2 endpoints.
