The Electronic Component Model C0402C562J4RACTU is a type C multilayer ceramic chip capacitor. It is available in COG (NPO), X7R, Z5U, and Y5V temperature coefficients. This capacitor is available in five standard sizes: 0402, 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1210, with the exception of Z5U for the 0603 size. It features nickel barrier/solder terminations and can be used in 63 Vdc applications despite being rated for 50 Vdc. This capacitor is surface mountable and comes in tape and reel packaging.
