MAZ8360GML is a silicon planar type Zener diode that is used for stabilization of power supply. It belongs to the category of Zener Diodes - Single. It features extremely low noise voltage compared to our conventional MAZ3000 series, good rising performance in the low-current range, and easy selection of the optimum diode due to finely divided zener-voltage ranks. The MAZ8360GML has guaranteed reliability, equivalent to that of conventional products, and offers reduced mounting area, thickness, and weight compared to the previous models. It can be used in both reflow and flow mode of automatic soldering and is compatible with existing chip mounters.
