Description
The AD5254BRUZ100 is a quad channel, non-volatile memory, digitally controlled potentiometer with 256 positions. It is a member of the AD5253/AD5254 families and is a replacement for mechanical potentiometers, trimmers, and variable resistors.

- Resistance values: 1kOhm, 10kOhm, 50kOhm, 100kOhm
- Nonvolatile memory stores wiper settings with write protection
- Power-on refresh to EEMEM settings in 300 µs typical
- EEMEM rewrite time = 540 µs typical
- Resistance tolerance stored in nonvolatile memory
- Synchronous or asynchronous quad channel update
- 4 MHz bandwidth, 1 kOhm version
- Single supply 2.7 V to 5.5 V
- Dual supply ±2.25 V to ±2.75 V
- 2 slave address decoding bits allow operation of 4 devices
- Operating temperature: –40°C to +85°C
