Description
The LM5026SD/NOPB is a synchronous buck controller IC with a wide input voltage range of 6V to 90V. It can efficiently drive high power N-channel MOSFETs for step-down DC-DC conversion. The device operates in continuous conduction mode (CCM), and features adjustable frequency control and soft-start capability. It is available in a 16-lead WSON package.
