The MC10ELT20DR2G is a TTL to differential PECL translator. It is designed as a part of the MC10ELT/100ELT20 series, which is specifically used for translating TTL (Transistor-Transistor Logic) levels to differential PECL (Positive ECL) levels. With this translator, only a +5V power supply and a ground connection are required. The MC10ELT20DR2G is packaged in a small outline 8-lead package and consists of a single gate.
