Description
The HGTP20N60A4 is an IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) device that combines the best features of MOSFETs and bipolar transistors. It has a high input impedance like a MOSFET and offers low on-state conduction loss like a bipolar transistor. The on-state voltage drop is much lower and only varies moderately between temperatures of 25°C and 150°C.
