Description
The AS1353-33-T is a high-performance, fixed-voltage linear LDO designed for use with capacitors of 1 to 10µF. It delivers superior performance even under low dropout conditions when the power transistor operates in linear mode. With an integrated P-channel MOSFET output, this device maintains a low supply current at loads of up to 150mA. It also features a shutdown mode that reduces shutdown current to less than 1µA (max).
