Description
The Electronic Component Model IRS20124STRPBF is a special purpose audio IC that is designed for use in Class D audio amplifier applications. It has a high voltage rating of 200V, which allows it to deliver up to 1000W of output power. The IC features integrated dead-time generation and bi-directional over current sensing, making it easy to design with. It also has programmable compensated preset dead-time for improved total harmonic distortion (THD) performance over temperature.
