Description
Each device in the OP802WSL series is a NPN silicon phototransistor mounted in a hermetically sealed TO-18 package. It has high power dissipation capabilities and can operate in hostile environments. The OP800SL and OP830SL models have a narrow receiving angle for excellent on-axis coupling, while the OP800WSL, OP801WSL, OP802WSL, and OP830WSL models have a wide receiving angle for relatively even reception over a large area.
